Questions, answered.
What do I need to stream with Strevix?
OBS or any encoder that sends RTMP, RTMPS or SRT. You set one server and one key, the same as for a single platform. Strevix Studio for Mac and Windows can set it up in one click.
How many platforms can I stream to at once?
Up to 2 in the trial, 5 on Creator, 10 on Pro and 15 on Business. You can add, pause or remove a platform during the stream; the others keep going.
Which chats can I read in Strevix?
YouTube, Twitch and Kick at launch, in one feed next to your stream. Replying from Strevix comes later.
How do live captions work?
Strevix recognizes speech in your stream's audio and sends captions in the language you speak to the platforms, as closed captions viewers can turn on. Captions are marked as AI-generated and may contain errors. Translated captions are coming soon.
Do you use my stream to train AI?
No. Audio for captions is processed in memory and not stored, and we don't train models on your audio or captions.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days, no card needed. Live captions aren't part of the trial. When it ends, new streams wait until you pick a plan; your platforms and settings stay.
My network blocks streaming ports. Will it work?
Yes. Strevix Bridge sends your stream over regular HTTPS, which networks rarely block. RTMPS on port 443 works in most places too.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account. Refunds follow our Terms of Service.
